This is my finished sculpt of Batou.
Very difficult at times but also very fun to learn new things! 
He looks very rather tired and even more grim with beard.

Great achievement. I know sculpting is difficult. More when it comes to faces.
I do not know this character but he hasn’t a beard or eyebrows in the example you show.
Also, he has a squared face. Neck and head same width.
But sculpting is difficult. So practise more, do more examples.

If this is only a cartoon I do not imagine it is a very helpful subject to learn on. Lots easier to have a real head with good side front etc. reference. But you have the grim look and nose wrinkle effects there.
