(Voxel furnitures for the game, they’re nice and free!)

(Impressive voxel engine, seems to be a steal for the price)
Cubiquity - Editor - Free
(Alternative voxel engine which looks just as impressive and hey! it’s free)
Emerald AI - Scripting/AI - 35$
(Seems to be the best price/performance AI on the asset store)
Moenen Voxel Model Collection - Character - 3D Models - 10$
(Adequate number of characters and/or monsters for a minecraft clone)
Total: 85$
I guess the remaining 15$ could go to sound effects; they are generally overlooked but professional sound effects and music make all the difference; so that could even have its own budget
