I think your HP (mirrorred??) is different from your LP body shape.
But you could try the bake to go further, just make a file copy before you do

Ok … Ill trty going on not sure if the Multiresolution Modifier can or should be applied yet before going to full unwrap of all the Objects ? Maybe itl clip to applied multiresolution ?
