Depends on which course you are following?
But most courses tell you something about rigging and animation.
But the Orc goes in depth on this matter.

Take some time to look around and take part.
You are doing the new dragon sculpting course.
Its not really designed to go into the animation it was a response to a call for an animal ‘sculpting’ short course. There was even a poll on what animal would be preferred and the dragon won.
As FedPete mentions the Character creator course does more on bone animation. It might be worth looking up Mixamo and see if they have ready made animations.
Rigging and animating is a very deep and complicated area. Probably needs its own dedicated course.
