That is your Bezier curve!
Press f12 to render and see if it’s gone.

Welcome to this site.
As FedPete says it is your curve.
Select the bezier curve in your outliner, it will select that line. You can click the eye icon next to it to hide it in the viewport.
Screenshots can be done by Blender itself, via the ‘Window’ menu bar top left hand side. On that menu drop down is ‘save screenshot’.
