Advanced Projectile System

Hi guys im trying to make a cool projectile system that i saw on a UE4 package the Dynamic combat system - magic Dynamic Combat System - Magic in Blueprints - UE Marketplace

Im really interes on the fire balls i think that kind of projectiles are use in games like spellbreak, i would like to make a projectile system like that for a shooter template that im working on so i dont want to but the package haha because i think i can make just the fire ball system but i would like to know if anyone could give me a tip or some information that could be usefull for my dilema.
