It is a good start.
I can’t make out what happened with the ground there is some more grassy looking part round the simple plain earth colour.
Well itself is good. Though you lay tiles from the bottom to the top as they overlap!
The ladder is a nice touch addition.
the grass is the result of me monkeying around with hair particles because the texture alone didn’t satisfy me. Though I’m not entirely sure what I did the result appeared decent enough to me in material and render previews.

Did you make another ground first, and then hide it in viewport? You may need to hide it in renders, too.
Really cool, run-down well. Nice touch with the tiles on the ground! And the ladder
