I’ll just keep the whole progress report in one post.
This is the final-ish rendering (cropped because the total 1080p would have taken around 8 hours…seriously,who can go that long without a computer?!), so this took only 3 hours… without grass, it would’ve been done in like 5 mins.
So I went and put a bit more effort in with metaballs, as I have yet to use them, and was a little shocked to find how easy and intuitive they were.
A little detail that isn’t really visible without the right lighting and making textures for it…
