Here are my Depth of Field renders:


It is well to note that the later versions of blender split up the Depth of Field:

  1. Evee:
    You no longer have to tick depth of field here. Instead, you will only find your “Max Size” of the “Bokeh” shapes (Quality of blur).

  2. Camera Data Properties:
    The rest of the depth of field is here. You can turn it on or off for each individual camera, granting more versatility with your cameras.

I played with the ratio some, and liked the “squished” look simply because my objects are long and not rounded.
