Hi. 3D Editor Window does not show up behind splash menu when I open Blender 2.8. What to do?

just checked today’s release and it worked fine for me so you could try restarting the program or even downloading and installing a fresh copy.
as a different approach you could try navigating your file explorer to:
Windows (C:) —> Users —> [UserName] —> AppData —> Roaming —> Blender Foundation —> Blender —> 2.80 —> config
where [UserName] is the name of your user account and deleting:
- startup.blend — this will reset your default scene to however the devs last saved it before pushing the update
- userpref.blend — this will reset all your user preferences and you will have to go through the whole set up process again
- recent-files.txt — this will clear your recent files list
- bookmarks.txt — this will clear your list of bookmarks in Blender’s File Browser
Thanks, for answers. But they are not working. I installed 2.8 again. The same problem ^/
I installed 32 bit version and ta da 3D EW appears. But I wonder that my laptop is 64bit why it did not work with that?!
I couldn’t even guess at the reason for that. But, it reminds me of my last lap-top. I bought it from Best Buy and it was advertise and sold as a duel-core 64 bit machine. When I started having problems with it a few years later I went to the manufaturer’s website to search their support forum but according to thier site they never manufactured the model I had with a duel-core.
